We have expertise in the design & implementation of, web based, human workflow solutions in the automation of business processes, in scenarios such as: callcenter helpdesk, document management, claim management and order tracking & management.
The technologies we use depend completely on the specifics of each scenario. In the course of years we've worked with products & technologies such as: Microsoft BizTalk, Workflow Foundation, Metastorm and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server. We even are behind the development of open source helpdesk solution based on Microsoft stack of technologies.
Visual Domain Specific Languages
Sometimes the requirements go further, and the needs for customization are not well met by the existing set of tools and there's a need for a visual environment that enables users to declare, in his own vocabluary, using domain specific verbs and nouns, the content and behavior of portions of the system.
In this cases we go through an iterative design process that involves analyzing along with the user the specifics of the domain, and then we prototype the building blocks of the enviroment, and iterate until the desired outcome is achieved.
